When Saturday Comes.

Today in the Native Office

10:00 AM

Good morning, my friends, what a very different day we have. It’s warm and fresh, if a bit cloudy. It’s a very nice Saturday. The locals are frolicking about in the town square, and I have slept in late and feel refreshed.

I have to confess to being a bit of a Dik. The other day, I rushed into town to collect consumables before the Easter holidays, only to realise that here in Greece, they celebrate holidays according to the Gregorian calendar next weekend. ‘DOH!’ ...as someone once said. ‘Worst day of my life… so far….’

10:10 Coffee

10:15 More Cleaning, this red dust is all over the place. I’ve more or less got the innards cleaned up, but the outside is a true horror.

10:30. Greek lesson.

11:30 Website update.
